Office 365 webmail interface : https://outlook.office.com
You will be requested to complete MFA setup. Please download the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile phone and follow instructions to allow sign-in. This step is required only once, and you will be asked to 'authorize' logins only when you sign-in from a new browser/device/location. MFA keeps the accounts secure, and hence it is recommended to setup at the earliest, though you can theoretically skip for 14 days.
Email Clients
For Windows - MS Outlook if you have the license. Else use Windows Mail. This way you will get all the features of Office 365. Thunderbird works for email, but calendar, contacts etc. will not sync without third-party add-ons.
MacBook - MS Outlook for licensed users. Native mail client also works, with limited features
Android - MS Outlook (it is free on Playstore). Gmail app works for email.
iPhone - MS Outlook or Native mail client. (Select Exchange Server as service type)
